On 5/4/09 WORST company ever said... NEVER GO HERE! THEY'RE TERRIBLE!

On 5/4/09 DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE! said... DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER~ THEY WILL RUIN/LOSE YOUR CLOTHES, WON'T REIMBERSE YOU FOR THEIR ERROR, AND TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH. The staff/owner are uneducated, unreliable and LIE repeatedly. They ruined multiple items of clothing then tried to blame someone else; that is until the cops came out and they finally addmitted their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service, unfriendly, uneducated and defanitely not professional!

On 5/22/09 Horrible- one worst experience said... I don't see how this place stays in business. The staff is unbelievably rude and I would agree very uneducated. I spoke with the owner a few months ago after multiple unreturned phone calls. They lie about when clothes will be ready and treat you like ****. I agree with the other poster- they will not reimburse for mistakes. I actually have clothes I am unable to pick up b/c they were so toxic and aggressive about not reimbursing. I prefer to NOT pay one cent to this place. It's a disgrace. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

On 7/1/09 Avoid! said... I went a few times and had no problems. Nothing special, wouldn't recommend but wouldn't complain because the job was done. About my 3rd visit I had a problem and the employee was so rude. They couldn't believe I wouldn't accept it how it was. They treated me like s**t and seemed proud of it. They seemed to enjoy the fact they had some type of power over your clothing. The manager was exactly the same so I could see why the employees were so rude. The manager allows it. They do not value their customers or do good work. I've been to many dry cleaners and you always have little problems and they usually take care of it but this place won't and loves that you can't do anything about it.
