On 6/13/09 Rip Off Well Driller said... H & H Well Drilling is a very dishonest company and I warn you not to use them. They will drill you a well, then put a pump in the housing that is a remanufactured cull that cost them around $100.00 and has no warranty, but charge you for a brand new pump and you have no way of knowing this as the pump is at least 150 feet in the ground. When you begin having problems within the first year, they will then charge you to come out and pull the pump and since what they put in your well has no warranty they will tell you the water level has fallen below the well casing. And basically you are screwed at this point. Suggest you check Waylon Junior Howards criminal background at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Arrest Inquiry website prior to hiring this underhanded well driller. Also, well drillers do not have any type of a professional license, so you can't go to the Dept. of Professional Business Regulations about the unethical business practices he exhibits.
