| Binghams was hired to do a termite inspection for the buyers of our home,they came in to our home and opened the access panel to our attic which was over our master closet that is opened in to our master bedroom, They did not cover our clothes before they opened the panel,Which our pest control aways does. When they opened the panel alot of the insulation went all over our clothing,shoes, bedding and all through our bedroom, I had over $400 in dry cleaning bills I cleaned and washed everything to get rid of the fiberglass, I told our realtor which told us to send the bills to Binghams, I sent bills and a letter explaining why there were different dates on the cleaning bills since I had to pack the clothing to be able to move and as I unpacked our boxes I took the clothes that needed to be dry cleaned to the cleaners.It stated on the dry cleaning bills from the cleaners an extra charge for the fiberglass damage on the clothing, My Realtor followed up today with Binghams and was told they are not going to pay us for any damages.They also left the panel off our guest bathroom access panel to our shower. |
