| I recently moved to the area so I dropped in for a mani/pedi. The lady that did my nails did a half-fast job. Then before she rang me up she told me the cost and asked how much of a tip I was going to give her- I was a little shocked because I thought you could write the tip on like most places and thought it was a little tacky. I typically tip well- but felt put on the spot so I said 5.00- she did not look happy and when she brought it back for me to sign she covered up the amount- I then saw she gave herself a 6.00 tip. Now I'm not complaining about a 1.00 more tip but it did make me angry that she went ahead and decided to give herself extra. I guess I should have spoke up but did not want to make a scene over 1.00. I WILL NOT be back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I've been getting my hands/toes done for years and after 2 days they chipped- it appears they use the cheap stuff. |

| I also had a mani/pedi at this location and had a similiar experience as the previous reviewer. The job was done quickly and poorly. The entire time she was busy talking on the phone. During the pedicure she cut me and did not seem phased. When I expressed in my unhappiness, the lady and management treated me terribly. The price fo the entire mani/pedi was too high for the quality of the work. I did not leave a tip, but I am wondering if she added it into the cost. I did not see her clean the the pedicure chair properly, which also makes me wonder about the sanitary conditions of the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone and will not return. |
